Jacqueline's Story
After years of working in the care industry, Jacqueline saw a fundamental problem: clients were constantly meeting different carers, visits were rushed and time-limited, and the "personal" in personal care had been lost entirely. Families were frustrated, clients felt like numbers, and carers themselves felt unable to provide the quality of support they wanted to give.
SilverStar PA Care was born from a simple belief—that everyone deserves a dedicated professional who knows them, understands their preferences, and has the time to truly support them. Not just for personal care, but as a genuine Personal Assistant who can help manage every aspect of daily life.
