Question 1

How quickly can services start?

Following your initial consultation and PA match, we can typically start services within 1-2 weeks. For urgent needs, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question 2

Do you offer a free consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a no-obligation free consultation to discuss your needs, answer questions, and explain how our services work. Contact us to arrange yours.

Question 3

How are PAs matched to clients?

Accepted Answer

We carefully match based on personality, interests, location, and care needs. You'll meet your PA before services begin to ensure it's the right fit for everyone.

Question 4

What makes you different from other care providers?

Accepted Answer

Three key things: you get the same dedicated PA every visit (no rotating staff), there are no rigid time limits on visits, and we provide full PA services beyond traditional care—diary management, appointments, online support, and more.

Question 5

Are your PAs trained and insured?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All our PAs undergo comprehensive training and are covered by full insurance. We also provide ongoing development to maintain the highest standards.

Question 6

Can I change my PA if it's not the right fit?

Accepted Answer

Of course. While we take great care in matching, we understand that chemistry matters. If your PA isn't the right fit, we'll find someone who is—no questions asked.

Question 7

What are your available hours?

Accepted Answer

We offer flexible scheduling that works around your needs, including weekends and bank holidays. Contact us to discuss availability.

Question 8

How much does personal assistant care cost?

Accepted Answer

Costs vary depending on the level and frequency of support needed. We offer a free consultation to discuss your requirements and provide a transparent quote.

Do you cover my area?

Accepted Answer

We serve East Cheshire including Macclesfield, Poynton, Congleton, Sutton, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure, please contact us and we'll let you know.

Question 10
